What is dangerous driving? He was drunk though it is hard to conclued that he wasn't able to drive properly? WTF! He had a accident because he wasn't able to drive properly. Not the other way around. Killing 3 people and running away and given only 7 years? It shouldn't be homicide by misadventure, it should be murder case. Drinking alcohol knowing he won't be able to drive was his will. Getting on the car and start driving was his will. Deciding to Run away after killing 3 people was his will. Where is the point that isn't his fault? What a precedent.
WTF : what the f**k なにそれ？ homicide by misadventure : 過失致死 precedent : 判例
I wonder what Australian government is going to say in the international court. The international law is completely on our side. What Japanese whaling fleet is doing is nothing against the decision of IWC(International Whaling Committee). And Antarctic Ocean is not Australian territory(some Australian stupidly believe they own the Antarctic). What they call demo or acts to save whale, or something like that is completely terrorism. I really hope that the crews on the whaling fleet doesn't get harmed by violent-anti-whaling-terrorists. I still can't believe that there are people who really thinks whales are precious than human.

When I saw this video the other day there was only about 6000 coments, so it's quite an increase. It is welcomed to propose this kind of issues on the internet, though most of the people are commenting very emotionally. I haven't read all the comments, of course I can't read all of them, but it is hard to say that possitive nor constructive discuss is going on.
Do they really think Japan will think over about whaling because of fanatic protest demo like this? What they are doing is showing their ignorance and how idiots they are to all over the world. Putting aside the essential of the problem and showing their anti-Japan feeling brings us nowhere near solution.
A happy new year! Having nice hodilay? The other day I asked my parents how it was to have whale meats in the market. I wonder how it tastes. I'm glad to find out that some Australian has their senses. The Enviounmetalist and 2007 Australian of the Year has declaired his support for Japanese whaling.
These facts are ordinary and common infomation to whom listen to the news or to whom interested in whaling issues. There should be nothing to be supprised of. Though it is very significant that one of the Australians has said this kind of things.
